Strategy

Foster purposeful ‘out of the box’ thinking that strategically builds on existing strengths while challenging corporate and individual resolve to be responsive to an ever-changing environment using their own assets.

Strategic Thinking

Work with partners to develop a framework (overall process) to have meaningful dialogue and effective discussions to produce targeted outcomes. (I.e., Vision statement, mission statement, goals, objectives, community engagement sessions, planning, etc.)

Strategic Facilitation

Lead group-based activities to engage all participants in providing input (contributions) on topics or issues of relevance in a safe, open, and time-friendly manner.

Strategic Synthesis

Compile and summarize the main points and/or ideas made during the group-based activities.

Strategic Consensus

Lead the group in setting priorities to a obtain collective will on moving towards the targeted outcomes.

Strategic Recommendations

Provide feedback, orally and in writing, to share with the groups the next steps based on the agreed framework.
