Program Innovation

Provide corporations and individuals with tools and guidance in the development, execution, evaluation and dissemination of programs that either are new or augments an existing program for improving targeted outcomes.

Program Design

Provides strategies within organizational strengths to develop programs incorporating research (scientific and anecdotal), design, program piloting, and redesigning. Also, assists organization in defining the targeted populations and outcomes.

Program Implementation

Provides strategies for ensuring program fidelity, validity and reliability resulting in conclusive outcome evaluations.

Program Evaluation

Provides strategies for developing formative evaluations in the initial phase(s) and summative evaluations after the program has been solidified procedurally to demonstrate gainful advancements towards targeted outcomes.

Program Dissemination

Provides strategies for sharing program outcomes with the broader community with the purpose of replicating the promising practice or best practice model created.
